The city of Bath is a UNESCO world heritage site and the local government trains and facilitates daily free walking tours that do not accept tips! The tour is about 2 hours and you cover basically the entire city. We definitely recommend doing this on your first day!

This is about 45 minutes outside Bath and you can either drive there or take a train from Bath Spa to Salisbury and a shuttle from Salisbury to Stonehenge. It was a cool bucket list thing because when else are you going to be this close to Stonehenge?!
