What's the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal. Our ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting), so please choose footwear that will be comfortable on grass (and on the dance floor!).

What kind of weather should we expect?

Answer

We wish we could tell you! :) Early May in the Boston can be pretty unpredictable, but we would expect highs in the 50s or 60s F, cooling down in the later evening.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we love your kids very much, we ask that they only come if they are listed on the invitation.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says "and Guest," then yes; if not, we ask that you just bring yourself!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking by the Smith Barn, and signage will point you across the street to the Woodland Gardens, where the ceremony will take place.

Can we take pictures during the wedding?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony, which means that we will ask guests to refrain from taking any pictures or videos during the ceremony itself (that's our photographer's job!). After the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures you want. We can't wait to see them!

Please be aware that our venue strictly prohibits both all forms of marijuana and any outside alcohol - they will immediately remove anyone found in violation.
