Wedding Weekend Transportation
We want you to relax and not worry about wedding day transportation, so please enjoy the buses we have provided. We ask all guests to utilize the buses; there is no available parking at or near the reception venue, the Mont House. Saturday, September 23rd: Buses will pick up guests following the Ceremony at the Chapel of the Snows which is walking distance from the on-mountain accomodations. Buses will return guests to Stratton Mountain Resort after the reception, running every half hour from 11:00 PM to 1:00 AM. If you are staying elsewhere and driving to the Ceremony, please park in the Welcome Center parking Lot. The shuttle will make a stop there upon returning to Stratton after the reception & after party.

We understand that if you are checking in Saturday, this won't work out! If you need early check-in, please call the reservations line the morning you are checking in to let them know what time you will be arriving. WHERE TO CHECK-IN! If you are staying in one of the condos (Hearthstone, Founders, Long Trail), follow signs to the 'Welcome Center' to check in to the hotel and pick up your key. If you are staying at Black Bear Lodge, head directly there. Most of our guests will be staying at the Stratton Mountain Resort, which is walking distance from the Welcome Party and Ceremony. This is also where shuttle service will be running to and from the wedding ceremony and reception. For this resort, there are varying levels of pricing and room configurations. Long Trail House: 1 Bedrooms, 2 Bedrooms and 3 Bedrooms Founders Lodge: 2 Bedrooms Hearthstone Lodge: 2 Bedrooms For easiest booking, click below. To toggle between hotel and room options on the Stratton website, press the red "CHANGE" button. If you would like to book outside the dates offered on the link (9/22 and 9/23) please call reservations at (1-800-787-2886) and be sure to clarify that you are with the Hunt/Guarino wedding party to receive the wedding block rates. The resort extends the wedding rate three day prior to room blocked and three days after, as well.

Modest accommodation at the lowest price point. As a part of the Stratton Mountain Resort, it is walking distance from the Welcome Party and Ceremony. This is also where shuttle service will be running to and from the wedding ceremony and reception.

Feel free to get a group together and rent an airbnb! Logistics are slightly easier by staying at the mountain, from where the shuttle service will run, but if you have your own car and don't mind driving to and from Stratton (where we will have parking) this could be a good option.

Amtrak: New York to Albany Rensselaer
Albany is 1.5 hours from Stratton. Rental cars are available from the Amtrak station, and we are in the process of organizing taxi services to Stratton as well.
