Can I leave my car overnight at Yodeler Lodge and uber/lyft home?
Answer
Yes, you can leave your car overnight in the parking lot of Yodeler Lodge. However, there are not many Uber or Lyfts available in Ellicottville. Therefore it may be wise to schedule a ride home with Uber or Lyft. We will also have a shuttle bus for those who may have too much fun (too many drinks)!

My GPS took me to the wrong lodge at Holiday Valley.
Answer
Your GPS may have taken you to the main lodge if you entered holiday valley. PLEASE use the address 6758 Holiday Valley Road, Ellicottville, NY 14731. This will take you to the correct lodge. You can always refer to the travel tab of the website to see the site map of holiday valley.

Yes, there is adequate cell phone reception in the town of Ellicottville, NY

Is the ceremony in a different place than the reception?
Answer
No the ceremony and reception take place at the same site! The ceremony will take place on the Champagne Sundeck at the Yodeler Lodge, cocktail hour will follow outside on the Champagne Sun Deck, and we will move into the Yodeler Lodge for dinner and dancing.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5 p.m. Please arrive before then to take your seats and admire the beautiful Champagne Sundeck!

Where should guests park and is it free?
Answer
Guests can park in the Yodeler Lodge parking lot. There is NO fee. You can leave your car overnight in the parking lot to take shuttle or Uber/Lyft home.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?
Answer
Yes, there are rooms blocked at 3 hotels in Ellicottville, see travel tab on wedding website for details.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?
Answer
Yes, if you need wheelchair access, please tell greeter when you arrive so they can direct you to the elevator located at the Lodge

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?
Answer
No transportation will be provided to the wedding. Transportation will be provided for those who need it with a shuttle bus to the surrounding recommended hotels. The shuttle can only hold 16 people at a time, so plan accordingly. ***Shuttle will run 10:30 p.m. -2:30 a.m. *****
