When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by March 1st, 2024.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will promptly (hopefully) start at 3:00pm. Please plan to arrive early, around 2:30pm, to allow time to find seating and get comfortable for the ceremony.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There should be ample parking space available at the Copper Cork Event Center, wedding and reception will be held at the same location; no need to worry about moving your vehicle until it is time to leave for the night.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please wear whatever is most comfortable for you while still being a little fancy. A nice dress or nice shirt and pants are good. (Please no jeans)

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation will be decided on an as-needed basis due to there being such a mix of nearby and out-of-town guests. Please reach out to us prior to the big day if you need transportation so that we can make arrangements for you.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are several hotels available in Clearfield. Due to many of our guests being from the area, we have decided to not reserve hotel space specifically for the wedding. Feel free to book your own hotel accommodations, reach out to us if any assistance is needed.
