Flight
Dulles International Airport is the closest to our event. Other options include Reagan International Airport (about 45 minutes to the Hyatt Regency in Reston Town Center by car) and Baltimore-Washington International (BWI), although this option is considerably farther from our venue and hotel (about 2 hours by car).
Travel Note
Hyatt Regency Complimentary Shuttle Service The Hyatt Regency hotel in Reston offers a complimentary shuttle to and from Dulles Airport. Shuttle service is based upon request, by simply texting the keyword “SHUTTLE” to 703-991-2117 when you arrive at the airport. The requested pick up times will be at the top of each hour between 6am-10pm Monday - Friday and 7am-10pm on Saturday - Sunday. Requests for pick up should be received at least 15 minutes prior to the top of hour. The pick-up and drop-off point will be at curbs 2A and 2H, adjacent to the lower level baggage claim level. Return shuttle transportation from the hotel departs on the :45 beginning at 5:45am Monday-Friday and 6:45am Saturday & Sunday.
