Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids-we really do! But we want our wedding to be your night off!

Is there transportation to and from the Hotel (Hyatt Regency) and wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! There will be shuttles that will take you directly to the venue and back. These shuttles will board at 3:45 pm. We strongly encourage using this transportation, even if you are not staying at the hotel because the venue is remote. (No ubers out there!)

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there are parking spots available at the venue, though we highly recommend taking the provided transportation because the venue is remote.

Could I arrive Saturday morning?

Answer

Sure! Our ceremony will start at 5:30 pm on Saturday and the transportation will leave from the Hyatt Regency at 3:45 pm.

If I arrive Saturday, can I check into the hotel early so that I can still change for the event?

Answer

Yes! The Hyatt Regency at Reston Town Center will let you check in whenever :)

Are the ceremony and reception wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes!

Is it an outdoor wedding?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting) and the reception will be indoors.

I have dietary restrictions...will there be stuff for me to eat?

Answer

Definitely! We will have vegetarian options. If you are vegan and/or have food allergies, let us know and we will make sure there is food available that you'll enjoy.
