We work here part time, so we might be a little biased. But PRN has amazing craft beer on tap, a great selection of wine, cocktails & ciders as well. The food at Hops Kitchen is also *chef's kiss*. Enjoy an expansive outdoor space while sipping some delicious brews in the Blue Ridge Mountains!
King Family Vineyards
King Family is a great all around vineyard with huge outdoor spaces surrounded by beautiful mountains. Enjoy food trucks, delicious wine (Crose & the Viognet are some of our favorites) along with great views. Plus you can bring your own snacks!
Selvedge Brewing
Selvedge Brewing is a unique spot close to downtown Charlottesville - it actually used to be an old wool factory. The craft beer is delicious & the food is also incredible. We love the Herringbone & Poplin beers!
Al Carbon 5th. St. Station
Joe rates this place as having "the best burrito in Charlottesville". For anyone that knows Joe, he does not hand out food faves willy nilly... if you have time, you've got to check out this casual spot! Along with the burrito, the elote & carnitas tacos are to die for.
Bizou
We had our first official date here! It's a small, cozy restaurant with French-American food that is delicious. It's located on the downtown mall, so it's a great central location.
Moose's By The Creek
A trip to Charlottesville is not complete without a hangover breakfast at Moose's. We've been coming here for years. It's got a small-town feel, & the breakfast will cure even the gnarliest of hangovers. Be sure to get "Moose-ified" on the way out!
