When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Our catering requires a firm count 30 days prior to the event. Therefore, we are hoping to have a firm guest count by April 28th.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We will start the ceremony promptly at 4:30 pm. Please arrive at no earlier than 4:00 pm and no later than 4:25 pm.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are planning an intimate wedding. Your RSVP will list how many plus ones you have been allotted.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have booked a block of rooms at the Home2 Suites here in Richmond, IN. Please see the "Travel" tab on our website for our group discount code and details on reserving your space.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course! On your RSVP for the wedding reception, there is a question asking about dietary restrictions. Please note those there and we will accommodate you.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of free parking at Cope Environmental Center.
