We would love to gather with any guests in town the night before the wedding! Feel free to stop in the courtyard of the Staybridge Hotel for drinks, dessert and light bites. Beer, wine and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided, but guests are welcome to bring their favorites as well. For food, we will have charcuterie platters and some dessert. Attire Suggestion: Nice Backyard BBQ. Sundresses, short sleeve button up, and jeans are all appropriate for this event.
4:00 pm
Departing from the Staybridge Suites Hotel, we kindly ask that all aunt, uncles, and cousins make sure they are on this shuttle to join family photos at the venue. Anyone else is welcome to take this shuttle and arrive early to the ceremony.
4:30 pm
This will be the final shuttle to the ceremony venue and will promptly depart the Staybridge Suites Hotel at 4:30pm.
5:00 pm - 11:00 pm
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. Cocktail hour and reception to follow. Shuttles will be provided for the ride home as well. Semi-Formal: Suits, gowns and cocktail dresses are best.
