Question
Will there be transportation to the wedding?
Answer
Yes, we will be providing shuttle service between the Hyatt Place Moab and the Red Earth Venue for the wedding. Please let us be your designated driver! There will be NO guest parking allowed at the venue.
Question
When and where will the shuttle pick up?
Answer
The shuttle will depart at 2:15 pm sharp from the Hyatt Place Moab to take all guests to the wedding venue. You must be ready to depart at this time, as there is no guest parking at the wedding venue. An early shuttle will depart the reception at 8:30 pm. All other shuttles will depart at the conclusion of the reception at 10:00 pm. All shuttles will return guests to the Hyatt Place Moab. If you are staying elsewhere, you will be responsible for making your way safely to your accommodations. Please, please do not drink and drive.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
RSVPs are closed at this time and final head counts have been submitted to our vendors, including shuttle services to and from the ceremony.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Please note the number of guests designated for your party on your RSVP. Our venue has a limited capacity and we wish to prioritize our closest friends and family.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We kindly request no kiddos at the wedding ceremony and reception so that we can celebrate without worrying about little eyes and ears. We tend to run with a bit of a rowdy crowd...

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes, we request "Dressy Casual Attire" for our wedding ceremony & reception. Think cocktail dresses, midi or maxi dresses, jumpsuits, blouse or button down shirt and slacks, suit or sport coat optional. No blue denim please.

Will it be cold?
Answer
Potentially! Fall in Moab is often pleasant during the day, but chilly in the evening. Average temps for that time of year are mid-60s during the day, and mid-30s overnight. We recommend coordinating an outer layer to your wedding day ensemble.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
At this time, we have noted all food allergies submitted with RSVPs and provided this information to our caterer. If you have further requirements, please let us know ASAP but please know that we may not be able to accommodate you at this point.

Why Moab?
Answer
Moab served as a frequent meeting place for the bride & groom while Kylee was living in Utah for grad school. It's also where Joaquin proposed in November 2021. We can't wait to have you all there! PS - Check out the 'Things to Do' page for some inspiration while planning your itinerary.
