We appreciate you that you will be traveling to celebrate with us and would love to welcome you to Moab! Beverages and light snacks will be provided.
2:00 pm - 2:15 pm
Please utilize the free shuttle service to the ceremony as there is NO guest parking at the venue. The shuttle will depart promptly at 2:15 pm.
3:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Dressy Casual Attire: Think cocktail dresses, midi or maxi dresses, jumpsuits, blouse or button down shirt and slacks. Suit or sport coat optional. No blue denim please.
Plan for an outdoor ceremony and dinner served indoors. Keep in mind that it may be warmer during the daytime, with temps likely dropping in the evening.
10:00 pm - 10:00 pm
There will be one early shuttle departure from the wedding venue leaving at 8:30 pm. All other shuttles will depart the venue at the conclusion of the reception at 10:00 pm to return to the Hyatt Place Moab. If you are not staying at the Hyatt, you will be responsible for making your way safely to your accommodations from this point. Please do not drink and drive!
