This is the only international airport in Puerto Vallarta. The resort does not provide shuttles, but your best option is to take a taxi to the resort (it’ll cost around $10 U.S. dollars cash and will get you there in approximately 15min). If you order an Uber, you will have to walk across a freeway overpass and then walk down a couple more blocks...with your luggage. Trust us, this is NOT convenient, so our best advice is to get a taxi from the airport exit and tell the driver to take you to the Secrets Vallarta Bay and Dreams Resort resort: David Alfaro Siqueiros 164, Zona Hotelera, Las Glorias, 48333 Puerto Vallarta, Jal., Mexico [In spanish] “Queremos ir al hotel Secrets, por favor” [pronunciation]: "keremos ir al hotel sicrits, por favor"

If you decide to stay at another hotel...

Unfortunately, it is resort policy that any guest staying outside of the resort must purchase a day pass to attend the wedding and/or other wedding-related events. Since all of our events are taking place at the resort, we strongly advise that you stay at the Vallarta Bay & Now Amber Resort, if possible. We have blocked off enough rooms for all of our guests at the 10% discounted rate using our discount code: JOAROWED The resort is ALL-INCLUSIVE for any type of room that you book.
