No; as part of our group room block perks, at the time of making your reservation you only have to pay for the FIRST night. You can pay the remainder of your nights up until 30 days before your check-in date. So, if you plan to check in on Dec 1st, you would have to pay your total balance by November 1st.
If possible, we advise you book 3 nights minimum. This will not only help us fulfill our room block obligations, but we have plenty of pre-wedding events you can attend as well as a post-wedding farewell beach day on Dec 5th that we would love you to attend!
With global warming making weather kind of unpredictable these days, we can safely say that December is usually warm throughout the day and night. Although Puerto Vallarta is tropical, it is not hot and humid. A light sweater, jacket or poncho is recommended for evenings. In any case, we advise you check the weather a week before your flight.
Uber is a great option. The resort concierge can also help you get a taxi cab if needed. If you're exploring the downtown area, it's best to walk around. The malecon is the waterfront strip and you can see the best parts of the town with ocean-views, restaurants, bars, shops, clubs, street vendors, etc.
Yes. For the most part, the resort staff is bilingual, but it doesn't hurt to practice your spanish with them!
Yes; the guest pass is $69 per person and that gives you all-day access to the resort. If you plan to attend the other pre/post wedding events that take place at the resort, you will also need a day pass. If you need a guest pass, please contact our Wedding Sales Manager: Paloma Bravo (contact info found on the Travel & Hotel page).
