Welcome Drinks At The Bar Car

8:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Head over to Bar One anytime after 8:00pm for welcome drinks served out of a decommissioned tram car. Wear whatever's comfy so we can say hello to kickoff the weekend. BTW, this is completely optional. if you're getting to Lake Tahoe on Friday, or getting in late Thursday and would like to relax, we'll see ya at the wedding!

Wedding Ceremony & Reception

4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Mountain Festive (Colorful Cocktail Attire)

We can't wait to see you dressed to impress! The ceremony will be in the grass, so be careful in heels. Please make sure to bring a coat, the mountains get pretty chilly as soon as the sun goes down. The venue is an 8 minute walk from the center of The Village.

Day-After Coffee and Brunch

9:30 am - 11:30 am

We will provide coffee, bagels, pastries, bloody mary’s and mimosas. Can’t wait to soak up Saturday with you!
