A shuttle is running ahead of the ceremony for your convenience from the hotels; exact Cescaphe times will be shared closer to the Wedding date but as of right now, the plan is to begin pick-ups 1 hour and 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony (230pm pick-up for a 4pm ceremony). We recommend arriving to the hotels earlier than the check-in time to inquire about early check-in and have the hotel hold your bags if necessary, if you'd like to partake in riding to the ceremony on the Cescaphe Trolley. The trolleys will also be available following the ceremony to safely transport you to the cocktail hour location. Once the reception is over, the trolleys will pick up at the reception location and provide transportation back to the hotels.
