What should I pack?

Answer

There are many wonderful outdoor activities to enjoy during your time in Big Bear. Packing athletic attire is recommended if you plan to enjoy the hiking, boating, biking, kayaking, and other outdoor fun. The average September temperatures are highs in the 70s and lows in the 40s, so packing layers is recommended.

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

Comfortable Cocktail Attire Cienaga Creek Ranch is a fully outdoor venue. The ceremony will be on grass (spike heels not recommended), and the reception will be on the adjacent outdoor deck. There will be space heaters, but mountain weather can get quite cool once the sun sets. We strongly recommend bringing a warm coat or jacket that you feel (and look) fantastic in!

How do I get around in Big Bear?

Answer

At this time, there is no Uber or Lyft in Big Bear. There is, however, a convenient (and adorable) FREE trolly service that will take you to most places in the area. It is called Mountain Transit: https://www.mountaintransit.org
