Shreveport Regional Airport (SHV)

SHV is the closest airport, but it is smaller than others. Airlines include American, Delta, and United. Most people will need a layover to fly into Shreveport. Also, we recommend not taking in the last flight. Jill's parents have gotten stranded twice.

Dallas Forth Worth International Airport (DFW)

This is the largest airport close to Shreveport. It is around a 3-hour drive, so that a car rental would be needed.

Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL)

If you are a fan of Southwest, this airport is for you. Like DFW, it is also a 3 hour's drive to Shreveport.

Downtown Airport KDTN

The downtown airport is for General Aviation and light commercial traffic. If you plan on flying in private, this airport is the best choice. Tubeaux Aviation has complete services, and the FBO and restaurant are great! Also, if you need help with a charter or direct emergency flight to a destination, they have the resources and connections to help.

Hotel

Hilton Shreveport

The Hilton in downtown Shreveport is the Hotel blocked off for our guests traveling from out of town. Use the link below to make reservations at the discounted rate we arranged with them. The hotel provides a shuttle service for our airline guests and a two-mile radius around the hotel. Uber and Lyft services are available for other conveyance needs. We will be providing executive shuttle transportation to and from this hotel's venue for all of our guests.
