What will the weather be like at the event?

Answer

The high temperatures, on average, will range between 70-80 degrees during the day, and the low temperatures will run from 50-60 degrees. However, it could be from 0 to 95! Welcome to Louisana! The venue is an indoor/ outdoor facility with A/C and heat. We will call it a hurricane party if the weather acts up and continues as usual! "Laissez les bon temps rouler"

What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. Semi-Formal is appropriate as well.

Where am I sitting at the reception?

Answer

There will be assigned seating with your names on the tables. There will be no awkward "where do we sit?" moments at this social.

Will there be a vegetarian/gluten-free/dairy-free option for dinner during the reception?

Yes, options will be available. If you have questions, reach out. We want everyone to have a great dinner experience.

Yes, there will be an open bar, and we will ask our guests to drink responsibly. Transportation is being provided so you can enjoy the evening.

Yes, absolutely; the playlist will be centered around our guest and their request. You can place your request when you go to the RSVP tab.

Are you having a morning-after brunch?

Yes, we will have buffet brunch on Sunday morning at the Hotel Restaurant at 10:30 am

What safety precautions will you be taking at your wedding?

Answer

We are planning for a usual celebration; we will monitor any health situations and update our guests as necessary of any changes. We ask our guests to make their health a priority. If you don't feel well, please put yourself first and avoid attending. We love you, and we will understand.

What is the shuttle schedule from the Hilton?

Answer

There will be two shuttles going to the venue. Each bus fits around 30 people. The first bus is scheduled to leave at 5 PM and the second bus will leave at 5:30 PM from the hotel. The venue is approximately 30 minutes away. Both shuttles will leave the venue after the reception is over at 10 PM to go back to the hotel.
