What airport should I be flying into? How long is the drive from the airport to the hotel?

Answer

Cancun International Airport (CUN) is only 40 minutes away from the resort. For your convenience, an exclusive nonstop transfer service to the hotel is available at an additional fee. Please RSVP via our website by 3/1/24 and make sure to submit final resort payments by 3/15/24.

Yes — both ceremony and reception will be outdoors.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please be seated by 4:45 pm the latest, we still be starting promptly at 5 pm.

Are kids welcome?

We kindly request an adults-only atmosphere at our wedding ceremony and reception. Alternatively, for those attending with children, the resort offers dedicated kid activity centers for their enjoyment. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I get an airbnb or another hotel instead of Majestic Elegance?

Answer

You are more than welcome to stay outside of the resort. Kindly note the day pass fee is of $140.00 USD per person, and you can come in as early as 9 AM until end of the reception. Please bring a valid ID per person for entry.
