We encourage guests to stay at Grand Fiesta Americana Friday & Saturday night. If you plan on staying in Oaxaca after the wedding (we recommend you do! Oaxaca has so much to see and do!) Airbnb is a great and economical option. Recomendamos que se queden en Grand Fiesta Americana el viernes y el sábado. We encourage guests to stay at Grand Fiesta Americana but there are many more options for every budget. Here are a few more recommendations: -Hotel Los Amantes - very cute hotel with a great central location. Rooms are on the pricier side and it can be a little noisier due to the location. Book online for the best rate. -Hotel Parador De Alcala - More budget friendly option with a great central location. *Group rates available -Hotel Abu -Most budget friendly option with a great location. Note there is a new club next to the hotel so it can be a little noisy. *Group rates available. These are a few recommendations but note there are TONS of hotels all over the city center as well as airbnb options.

Transportation From Airport
Just before you exit the airport, there is a taxi booth called "Transporte Terrestre " where you can book an official taxi to take you to the city centre. This should cost you roughly 460 pesos ($23 USD) for a private car, or you can join a group car (also called a "collectivo") for 120 pesos ($6 USD) per person. Alternatively, you can ask your hotel to arrange a private transfer for you. The airport taxi/group options are very easy to access.
