The ceremony/mass starts promptly at 4:30pm, please arrive no later than 4:15pm. This will give you enough time to take a seat and get settled. ¿A qué hora debo llegar a la ceremonia? La ceremonia comienza puntualmente a las 4:30 PM, por lo que le pedimos que llegue a más tardar a las 4:15pm. While we love your little ones this is adults only. We kindly ask that you leave them at home so parents can let loose and enjoy the day. Transportation from the Airport
Answer
Transportation from the airport to the city center is very easy. You will see a stand where you can book a taxi ($460 pesos) or request the shuttle (120 pesos/ per person) . Please note there are no Ubers at the airport.

What is the weather like in Oaxaca?

It's actually very similar to LA where it gets warm in the day time and a little chilly at night (50-80F). October is considered dry season so rain in unlikely.
