What is the COVID protocol?

Answer

We'll be following the public health orders for the state of Ohio that are in place at the time of the event. Given this is a large event, we ask that our guests act responsibly. If you are able to get vaccinated, please do! If you are unable to get vaccinated, please get a COVID test prior to the event to ensure we all can remain healthy. We've waited long enough to have this day, please do your part to ensure we can have the day we've been dreaming of safely and responsibly. The Hilton expects all unvaccinated guests to wear a mask. Please plan accordingly and adhere to their guidance during this event.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Unfortunately, valet parking is not being offered by the Hilton at this time. Are kids welcome?

The ceremony and reception will be for adults only, with the exception of family. If you have any questions on this, feel free to reach out!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We will only be prepared for invited guests (i.e. if their names were included on the invitation). Please do not bring any unexpected guests as we do need to plan accordingly. Thank you!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal attire is suggested. This includes everything form a tuxedos/gowns to suits/cocktail dresses. Remember to bring shoes that you can dance the night away in for the reception!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30PM Eastern Time. We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes early to ensure you find a seat and get settled before things begin.
