After you have received the confirmation of your room booking with Sharon, you may book your flight Cancun International Airport (CUN) is the closest airport to The Grand at Moon Palace. ** Make sure that you have a current passport and it does not expire until at least six months after your last date of travel.

Airport Transfer

Roundtrip airport transfer, from the airport to the resort and vice versa, is included with your resort room booking through our travel agent! Once guests have completed their full payment for their room reservation, their e-docs and transfer information will be sent via email and a link directly with the transfer company information will be provided.

Off-Site Arrangements

Please take into consideration, any guests who would like to book accommodations outside of the Group’s Room Block at The Grand at The Moon Palace will be responsible for payment of their Wedding Pass, $275/person/day. Wedding Passes for those staying at "Palace Resorts" outside of The Grand (i.e. Beach Palace, Sun Palace, Moon Palace Cancun) is $138/person/day. The Wedding Pass ONLY gives guests access to the resort ONE HOUR before the wedding and until the termination of the official wedding events. Wedding Passes are guaranteed for purchase on the day of Ceremony only. Off-site guests will also be responsible for their own food, drinks, transportation to and from the airport, resort, and around Cancun.
