Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We can't wait to see all of our loved ones dressed up with us! We are asking our guests to dress in cocktail or formal attire (suit and a tie; cocktail dresses or floor length dresses). Festive prints and patterns are more than welcome! Please kindly avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride (ie whites, ivory, cream).

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, we will be having our thirty-minute ceremony outdoors on the stamped concrete ceremony space at Saphire Estate. If there is inclement weather, we will have the ceremony indoors at Saphire. The spaces for both the cocktail hour and reception will be indoors and have air conditioning.

Can I bring my children or a guest?

Answer

We are carefully planning plate by plate and table by table with our venue. In order to adhere to this, we can only accommodate those listed on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding!

Will there be transportation?

Answer

We will have shuttles operating to transport guests to and from the hotel, please see the “Travel” tab to view the schedule. For those who are taking their own vehicle, there is ample parking at the venue!

When should we arrive at the venue?

Answer

Our ceremony starts at 6 pm, please arrive no earlier than 5:30 pm!

What if I don’t RSVP?

Answer

Please use the RSVP section of this website to submit your response by June 15th. Unfortunately, if we do not have your response by that date, you will be marked as “not attending”. We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVPs.

Question

Will dinner and drinks be served?

Answer

Of course! We will have a fully-stocked open bar as well as a seated dinner. There will be passed hors d’oeuvres during the cocktail hour. As our ceremony is not until 6pm, dinner will not be served until around 8:30pm. Please plan accordingly!
