Antico Pizza Napoletana
Casual Neapolitan pizza place close to Georgia Tech. Aaron and Jenny often used to bring a bottle of wine and eat here with friends in college.
Gio’s Chicken Amalfitano
Right next to Antico, and the same owner. Aaron gets the arrabiata pasta (it's spicy!), and we love the diavola chicken.
Gu's Dumplings
Located in Krog Street Market, a very popular food hall in Inman Park, the neighborhood in which we're getting married. All of the restaurants in this hall are phenomenal, but we love Gu's!
Jia Szechuan Food and Bar
This was our favorite place in college! We absolutely love Szechuan Chinese food. Jia is also located inside Ponce City Market.
West Egg Cafe
Favorite breakfast spot in college. Their beverages (coffee, cocktails) are really good.
Silver Skillet
Aaron lived around the corner from this spot for one summer. It's a classic, greasy spoon diner with a line out the door every weekend.
Fox Bros. Bar-B-Q
Looking for the best BBQ in Atlanta? That's a loaded question, but Fox Bros is an institution.
Brick Store Pub
Jenny's favorite (and only?) place to get a fresh chicken pot pie in the fall. Their beer menu is also expansive. Brick Store Pub is in downtown Decatur, a very cute and walkable area of town.
Butter & Cream
Best local ice cream shop in Atlanta. Also located in Downtown Decatur. Have a meal at Brick Store Pub and walk over to Butter & Cream for dessert.
Rreal Tacos - Midtown
Aaron had many meals here in college with friends. Tacos are phenomenal. Drinks are good too! Walking distance from the group hotels.
Cypress Street Pint & Plate
Cypress is actually a bar, but Jenny would come here often with coworkers from her first job out of college. The fried chicken cobb salad is delicious, and the bar scene is great at night, too!
Himalayas Indian Restaurant
If you know, you know. This is Jenny and Aaron's Friday night spot. It's a bit of a drive from Midtown, but worth it for the best Indian food in Atlanta.
Piedmont Park
Jenny and Aaron's favorite park in Atlanta. Home to many festivals in the spring and fall. The dog park is fun to people watch, and Park Tavern is a good place for a drink and a bite to eat.
Ponce City Market + the Beltline
Ponce City Market used to be an abandoned Sears building and warehouse. They converted it into this giant mall, food hall, and apartment complex that is stunning. Grab a meal at Jia and make your way upstairs to walk on the Atlanta Beltline, a 22-mile walking trail that connects all of Atlanta in a loop.
High Museum of Art
Jenny's favorite museum in Atlanta. Marvel filmed a scene from Black Panther on the top floor (that's not the reason it's my favorite).
Atlanta Botanical Garden
A local favorite! An urban oasis in the heart of Midtown, with 30 acres of outdoor gardens and great views of the Atlanta skyline.
Center For Puppetry Arts
Aaron's favorite museum! If you can, get a ticket for a guided tour.
