When should I RSVP by?

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please see our travel tab for suggestions, since Tampa and Clearwater are full of places to see and things to do we did not reserve any rooms at specific hotels and instead gave a few suggestions so you can feel free to stay where ever works best for you.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are requesting a semi formal or cocktail style dress code. Our venue is outside in a barn and while there are paths throughout, we suggest wearing comfortable shoes.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yes, please make sure you include them in your RSVP so we can adjust numbers with the caterer if needed.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Absolutely, please make sure to let us know if they need a high chair or any other accommodations so we can plan ahead.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Our dinner will be a buffet style service but please let us know on your RSVP of any request and we will see what we can do.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes there is parking on site, once you turn right onto Lem Simmons St please enter Gate A and park anywhere in the grassy area.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive between 4:00pm and 4:15pm. Our ceremony will begin at 4:30pm as long as there is no major issues.

Do we have any restaurant suggestions for the area?

Answer

YES! we have a ton of places we love to eat at, so just let us know what kind of food you're looking for and I'm sure we will know a place.

Will our wedding be "unplugged"?

Answer

Our ceremony will be unplugged, I would hate for our photographer to miss a photo because of a guest being in the shot. However, please feel free to take as many pictures as your would like during cocktail hour and the reception.
