Our venue has stressed that all events held at The Stave Room MUST take the appropriate measures to ensure all guests and vendors are safe amid of the COVID-19 pandemic. All safety measures are enforced and applied by all parties who are working the event. The venue being open and its' large open spaces, gives enough social distancing for seating and mingling.
ABSOLUTELY! One thing we are trying not to compromise for our wedding day, is the people in attendance. We want all our favorite people there. If that means you come just to see us become husband & wife, but all means do it! Just PLEASE let us know your plan.
Our guests' comfort is our top priority. The venue will provide masks, and we will provide each person with a bottle of hand sanitizer. If you are more comfortable with wearing a mask, DO IT! The state of Georgia does not have a mandatory mask requirement in place at this time.
We have come up with many strategies to make guests feel like they are not being exposed. ALL vendors will be wearing masks & gloves. Catering will be serving food at the buffet tables so no one will be touching the same utensils. Programs & favors will be placed at each persons seat during the ceremony so you aren't hesitant with taking one. We promise everything will be as safe as we can make it!
Yes! We'll have a shuttle taking guests to & from the Embassy Suites in Alpharetta. We suggest should you decide to drink, or due to limited parking, you carpool with fellow guests! We understand Uber/Lyft could be uncomfortable for most due to the current pandemic
They will be using an Isoklean Electrostatic Sanitizing Spray and Fogger at our venue, NanoSeptic self-cleaning push pads and handle wraps (https://www.nanoseptic.com/) have be installed on high traffic door handles and restroom doors.
Temperatures of all staff members will be taken on arrival. Our venue will be thoroughly detailed before our event, including tables, chairs, satellite bars, and any other venue-provided equipment. Hand sanitizing stations to be placed at entry & throughout the venue. Single use plasticware with plenty of receptacles for disposal. Plexi glass partitions will be set up on all of the bars fresh lemon juice, lime juice, grenadine, and olive juice rather than cut fruit/olives/cherries as garnish. Cocktail napkins will be provided upon request - Each bartender will be provided with a sealed, pre-sanitized “bar kit” of service tools (pour spouts/wine opener/ice scoop…etc) Ice for bar service will be presented to each bartender at the beginning of each event in pre-sanitized containers covered, and replaced as needed with a fresh, covered batch all high-contact surfaces will be sanitized throughout the event – i.e. restrooms, door handles, bar surface, cocktail table surfaces, etc.
