Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will have shuttles picking up guests from Maxwell Inn, Murphy's River Lodge, and Silver Moon Inn. Please plan on using these shuttles if you are staying at these places as parking at the venue is limited. The shuttle schedule is as follows: 3:25pm- Pickup from Silver Moon Inn 3:35pm- Pickup from Murphy's River Lodge 3:55pm- Pickup from Maxwell Inn Shuttle service after the reception will start at 9pm.

What's The Weather Like In July in Estes Park?

Answer

Being in altitude, it shouldn't get too hot during the days (usually in the 70s) and at night it can get down to the 50s. If you're hiking in the park you should definitely bring layers. It often briefly rains in the afternoon. For the wedding, you might want to bring a jacket for after the sun goes down!

Is the altitude a real concern?

Answer

Yes! Estes Park is at 7,500 ft elevation. The best thing you can do to acclimate is stay hydrated. If you want to do a big hike while you're here, we recommend waiting a day or two so you can acclimate first.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We've invited out of town families and children with the hopes you can make a family vacation out of the long weekend. For our Colorado crew, we hope it's easier for you to get a babysitter and party the night away with us!
