How will updates be shared with guests?

Answer

Updates will be shared via email! We will be sending emails once we make updates to the site for hotel blocks, RSVP reminders, and with any important information closer to the wedding date. We ask that you ensure you have submitted the correct email address to us. If you are unsure, please to reach out to Bianca and Jaymin to confirm!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that all RSVPs be submitted by the indicated deadline of February 14th 2025. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate any RSVPs received after this date due to finalization of arrangements with our vendors.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation indicates a plus one, you're welcome to bring your guest. Please RSVP on their behalf by the deadline so we can accommodate accordingly. If not specified, we hope you understand that we may not be able to accommodate additional guests due to limitations on space and resources, but we're thrilled to celebrate with you nonetheless. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or require clarification.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Please check if your invitation includes the names of your children. If their names are included, they are warmly invited to join us. We have made arrangements to accommodate them. If children's names are not specified on your invitation, it is due to space constraints, and we appreciate your understanding. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.

Will the wedding ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will be outdoors. While we will have options to provide some shade, we recommend that our guests prepare for the event accordingly. Daytime high temperatures will be around 20°-21°C (upper 60s°F) early in June but can rise to 22°-23°C (into the low-mid 70s°F). Additionally, it will be a grassy area so ladies, please be careful when wearing heels!

Is there a time gap between the wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! In fact, the staff will need to set up for the cocktail hour and reception so we kindly ask that guests vacate the premises. We will be providing transportation for those staying in the designated hotels. During this time, guests can relax (sneak in a nap) and change into a different look if you'd like to!

Will there be dietary options available for guests with food allergies or restrictions?

Answer

Absolutely! We want all of our guests to enjoy the celebration without any concerns. Please let us know about any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP, and our caterers will do their best to accommodate. Your comfort and enjoyment are important to us, so do not hesitate to inform us of any specific needs. ** Please note that the food will NOT be prepared in an allergy-free kitchen. Although we will provide allergen information to the caterers, we cannot guarantee that our dishes will be entirely free of allergens and ask that you consume food at your own discretion. Your safety is our utmost priority, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation **

We'd like to give you a gift! Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

We appreciate the gesture and ask for no boxed gifts! Please feel free to visit our registry page on this website if you'd like to send any gifts our way!

Are we allowed to share photos on social media?

Answer

Of course! Feel free to share any photos of the venue, bride and groom, and yourselves. Due to privacy concerns, please ensure that you have any additional guests consent before posting any photos that include them. Some guests may prefer not to have their images shared publicly.
