Born to Kyle and Celeste High in 1994, Katherine, or Katie-Beth as she is lovingly called by her mother, is a passionate and ambitious woman. When not working as the Marketing Director for Swann Animal Clinic and the Administrator for Sidekicks Stay & Play, she can often be found buried in a stack of books, drawing floor plans, and planning for the future.

Born to Manuel and Noemia Ramos in 1991, Jason is an adventurous and determined man. When not working as an over-the-road truck driver at Cross Trucking, he can be found maintaining his library of 2nd amendment tools and day-dreaming with Katie about the future.
Jessica High
Maid of Honor
Jessica High, Katie’s younger sister, is a wickedly witty woman with a passion for helping people. When not working as a dispatcher, she can found chasing her two equally wonderful children around the house, kicking butt at monopoly, and chasing her dreams. Katie is beyond blessed to call her not only sister, but best friend. Jessica’s mission is to carry on the family traditions of cooking with magic, finding humor even in the dark, and fearlessly pushing past the obstacles put in her way.
Evan Jacobs
Best Man
Evan has well earned the title of not only best man, but brother to Jason. Evan is a creative and multi-talented person. He is a father to Jason’s god-daughter, Maddison and his friendship knows no bounds. He has been an ear to talk off while Jason drives, a comrade in unmentionable shenanigans, and the bouncer to all of Jason’s ideas. Jason and Katie are blessed to have him in their life. When not listening to Jason, Evan can be found coaching soccer, making music, expressing himself through art, and creating tasty kitchen concoctions.
Sandy D’Agostino
Matron of Honor
Sandy, Jason’s older sister, has been his fierce protector and biggest fan. She is quick to love and laugh, make you feel at home, and convince you to try new things. Sandy and husband (also groomsmen) Frank, have been shoulders to lean on, role models, and a genuinely wonderful support system no matter the distance. Sandy is mom to ring bearer, Michael and junior bridesmaid, Gabriella.
Frank D’Agostino

Frank D’Agostino, husband to Matron of honor Sandy, and father to Junior Bridesmaid Gabriella and ring bearer, Michael is one of the most down-to-earth people we’ve been blessed to impact our lives. Katie is always impressed with his abilities to talk to literally anyone, about anything. He is a phenomenal photographer, avid boatsman, will play any sport with you anytime, and will likely kick your butt in volleyball. Anywhere the sand and water meet, so there is Frank.
Ali Legvold
Bridesmaid
Ali, dear friend of Katie is an adventure loving, world traveling, daringly funny woman. She is fearless and a known adrenaline-junky. When not found caring for animals in Oskaloosa, Iowa, she is packing her bags for a rodeo, exploring the outdoors with dogs Osky and Slack, or off onto a new grand adventure. She is the kind of person to push you past your comfort zone and is a beautiful reminder that life is for the living.
Jarrett Brachfeld

Jarrett and Jason have been friends for going on two decades, yes they are that old. Avid NY sports fan, Jarrett has found a passion in working for the New York Yankees. When not grinding at work, you can find at the gym or having a drink with friends. Jarretts self-discipline, work ethic, and dedication to being the best version of himself inspires Jason and Katie to do the same.
Michael Manfredi
Groomsman
“Mike” or “Manfredi” as Jason calls him, has been a long term friend. He is a New York Real-estate agent with a love for fast cars and family. He is a man of many motto’s and reminds us to always make time for ourselves and those we love. Mike also reminds us to never give up. No matter how many times we have been knocked down, he will always be there to help you get up, dust off, and try again. When not finding people their dream homes, he can be found listening to great music on a long drive near the beach with excellent snacks.
Katie Salas
Bridesmaid
No, the other Katie. It can be confusing, but Katie…and Katie… have worked with each other for the better part of a decade. Katie Salas, Clinic Administrator at Swann Animal Clinic at Hillside, started out as a mentor to the bride when she was a high-school intern in a tiny little building before Swann Animal Clinic became what it is today. Since then, Katie Salas has shown Katie High and her colleagues what it takes to be a working mom to four really great boys, a strong wife to husband Joe, and that even in our strength, behind the scenes, you’re allowed to feel and feel deeply. When not found herding children or coaching her team, she can found listening to 90’s boy bands, attempting to buy the entire pioneer woman store, and enjoying Zach Efron movies.
Josey Patterson
Bridesmaid
Josey, like the outlaw, is a spunky, ray of sunshine and imagination mixed with a few drops of sassafras’s. She and Katie have worked together in both emergency and general practice veterinary medicine and are now lucky enough to work together as Administrators of their departments at Swann Animal Clinic. Josey is Katie’s constant reminder to ask ‘What If’, to reconsider her own expectations, and to throw a dance party when you need one. Josey’s life adventures and mentorship have inspired and motivated Katie. When not making up her own lyrics to songs, Josey can be found snuggling her cats, going on adventures with husband Zack, and preparing to run the occasional 5k. WOOT, yes Josey, that’s for you.
Rob Moschella

Long time friend to Jason, Rob has been a genuine and straight-forward guy. He will always tell you like it is, and loves to discuss bold idea’s. Rob and his wife, Nicole, are a dynamic and passionate duo. We love watching their relationship bloom and grow to the family they now have today. Rob is forward-thinking and always keeps us on our toes. We’re excited to know he will be celebrating with us!
Gabriella D’Agostino

Gabriella is a smart, funny, and kind young lady and niece of the Groom. She is an all-around great sports player and has a knack, much like her father for volleyball. When not studying or playing with brother, Michael (Ring Bearer), she can be found exploring the outdoors with dad, Frank, being creative with mom, Sandy, and making all kinds of magic.
Stella Platt-High
Flower Girl
Stella, niece of the bride, is a daring girl with big dreams that mimics those Katie at the same age. Stella has a love for animals, music, and dances to the beat of her own drum. When not found doing homework and playing with brother, Junior Groomsmen, Jackson, she can be found jumping and somersaulting on the trampoline or playing games during game night.

Jackson, nephew to the bride and older brother to flower girl, Stella. “Jack” is a brilliant and active young man. He has an affinity for building things and is deeply interested and curious about the workings of the world. Katie loves answering all of his ‘why’ questions and helping see the world around him form a different perspective. When not found knee deep in a mine-craft creation, Jackson can be found playing outdoors with friends or building even more creations with legos.

Michael, son of Frank & Sandy, and nephew to Jason is one of the most energetic kids we know. He is bright, funny, adventurous, and loves to have a good time with family. When not found playing with toys or the family dog, he can be found in the arms of his grandparents soaking in the wisdom of their lives.
Celeste & Kyle High
Parents of the Bride
Celeste High, Mother of the Bride is a woman of great talents. She is a super sleuth by day, and creator by night. One of the things Katie most loves about her mom is her passion for helping others, often times at her own expense. Celeste’s ambition, patience (though she claims otherwise), and love for adventures and ideas are some of the many things that inspire Katie. When not found solving mysteries, Celeste can be found cooking the most amazing Roast, snuggling with the dogs, or traveling off to a far away universe in a great book. Meanwhile Kyle High, Father of The Bride is a man of great wisdom. Katies fondest memories of her father have been those of working on projects in the garage or playing catch in the yard all while soaking in the lessons he’s learned in life. Katie’s love for visual story telling comes from her dads extensive career in Video Production. Kyle is a kind, gentle, goofy, wonderful man and father. When not found playing with grandkids, Kyle can be found by the grill or watching his favorite sports team lose…again.
Noemia & Manny Ramos
Parents of the Groom
Noemia, Mother of the Groom, is lovingly called “mini-mom” by her son. Though she may be small in stature, she is great in strength, love, and patience. Noemia’s sense of humor, determination, and dedication to her family are all traits Jason has picked up and things he adores about his mom. Some his favorite childhood memories are catching blue claw crabs and visiting museums together. When not found cooking mouth-watering good food or planning their next adventure, Noemia can found loving on her grandkids, or poolside with a good book and great company. Manny, Father of the Groom, is where Sandy, Jason’s sister, gets her tenacity from. Manny is a passionate, inquisitive, and intelligent leader of both his family and company. His love for old western movies, a good bottle of vino, and naps make him all the more lovable. When not pouring wise words into the lives of those around him, Manny can be found tending his garden, watching a Portuguese soccer game, and helping Noemia plan their next great adventure.

Justin has been a mentor in Katie’s career and life since 2011 and we’re lucky to call he and wife Shanna, friends. We couldn’t ask for anyone better to lead our ceremony. He is an elder at The Church as Bushland, the COO at Swann Animal Clinic, CEO of PostiveShirt.com, Coach to hundreds of kids and young adults, and a role model in the lives of many. His three amazing children, Tanner, Tate, and Taryn are all wonderful leaders in their homes, workplaces, teams, and communities. The example he and “Shan” lead together is an inspiration for the ages. Please take a moment to shake his hand when you see him.
