Cocktail Attire
Jackie and Jared would like to invite everyone to join them for welcome drinks after the wedding party finishes their rehearsal dinner. This will be held on the beautiful rooftop terrace overlooking downtown Montreal on the 20th floor of Hotel Monville. This is a cash bar event.
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
A Shuttle will depart from Hotel Monville to the Chapel at 4pm for the wedding ceremony. This is open to wedding guests. Ubers are also an option, but make sure to plan ahead as it is a busy holiday. Plan to arrive at the chapel by 4:30pm.
4:30 pm - 6:00 pm
Formal - Gowns or formal cocktail dresses and suits. We want everyone to feel fancy but still comfortable in the July heat!
The chapel is roughly an 8 minute walk or 4 minute Uber from Hotel Monville. We expect heavy traffic around the Basilica as our wedding is on a public holiday, so please plan accordingly and leave early. Please arrive at the chapel by 4:30pm. This will give you time to explore the Basilica and get a seat before the ceremony begins. Guests who arrive early are welcome to enter through the chapel, walk around, and take photos in the famous basilica. This opportunity only exists before the wedding ceremony, not after. Entrance and Exit will be via the Chapel on St. Sulpice street. If you are looking at the Basilica, proceed to your left of the building and see the entrance along the side. Doors will close promptly at 4:55pm. Guests will not be allowed into the ceremony after this time. Ceremony will end promptly at 5:45pm and we are asked to exit via St. Sulpice Street.
5:45 pm - 6:15 pm
A shuttle will be available to take wedding guests from the chapel to the reception for cocktail hour. Keep in mind the shuttle can only hold 56 guests and the reception venue is a 6minute walk from the chapel.

Note: Our wedding reception venue has been updated to the Montreal Science Center. The wedding reception will follow the ceremony and be complete with dinner, dessert, drinks, and dancing. This is an open bar event until 11pm, cash bar after.

A shuttle will start making loops between the reception venue and Hotel Monville at 11pm. The last shuttle will leave the reception venue at 1:30pm. After 1:30pm guests are encouraged to take ubers.
