Lodging

We will be staying at the Marriott downtown. This is not the cheapest hotel….but it’s our wedding so we are treating ourselves :) We know a lot of people are already spending a lot to travel in so please don’t feel obligated to stay at the same place. There are many hotels very close that are more reasonably priced so we can all feel free to hang out downtown together and we would much rather you spend your extra money on fun. Also being realistic….we are old (and so are you!) and we will have a baby so we probably won’t be out partying in the hotel lobby until 3am. Some suggestions near us : • Embassy Suites by Hilton Washington DC Convention Center • Renaissance Washington, DC Downtown Hotel • Homewood Suites by Hilton Washington DC Convention Center or closer to actual wedding • Courtyard by Marriott Washington Capitol Hill/Navy Yard …or • Airbnb • Etcetera. It’s a city. There are hotels. Please stay wherever you will have the best time.

Flight

Pick Reagan over Dulles

For those of you flying domestically, I strongly recommend Reagan over Dulles if you have the choice. In general a flight would have to be $200 cheaper for me to THINK about going with Dulles and even then I'd be very angry about it the whole time. If you're considering Dulles, you might as well consider BWI as well and taking the train. But again, do Reagan instead of those two. If you already bought your flight to Dulles before you read this or Dulles is your only option...then you fucked up, I am sorry, and may god have mercy on your soul.
