Wedding Party

Meet our family and friends that are walking down the isle with us

Kendyl Washington

Bride

Big MRS., The free spirit! I love crafting, swimming, shopping, eating, playing dress up and making things, but sometimes my bad habit of falling asleep anywhere doesn't help. Jamison calls me his little sleepy head and I sure am lol. One of my hobbies is rapping; My rapper name is Big Boss Ken! I was born to rap but my career didn't blow up like It should have because they sent my track to Cardi B and she took off. Nevertheless, I still write raps in my journal and my kids will probably say "I cant believe mom use to rap like that" when they go through my things in my old age. I am a very goofy person as well but know that I will get the job done. My biggest goal is to live a life pleasing to God while still having fun. Im not going to write the sentimental message about being Jamison's wife. We are having this wedding as a formality, Jamison told me long ago I would be his wife and since that day I have considered myself just that....Mrs. Murry!

Jamison Murry

Groom

BIG MURRY (Trey) Welp, What you see is exactly what you get. I'm just a small-town guy with a big heart! I am very family oriented and looking forward to bringing something to all the cookouts that I'll be invited to lol! In other news, I've never been a stranger to work. We are actually pretty close friends. Agriculture is my second name and tractors are my game! Some of my favorite hobbies are sitting behind the wheel of any diesel motor on any amount of acreage and just talking to God, going mudding on my four-wheeler, floating the river, and really anything that involves spending quality time with my family. If you were invited, consider yourself my family, I love you and there is nothing you can do about it. Anything more you would like to know, feel free to pull me aside at the wedding but not too long, I got a wife to get to!!! Much Love

Jami

Matron of Honor

Big sisters are the people that teach us about life. They teach us what it means to be kind and caring, to be fair, and to know that we will not always be right. Most importantly they teach us how to love and be loved. Jami and I are so close that our birthdays are only one day apart. My birthday is 9/13 and hers is 9/14, making our personalities off by only a little as we're both Virgos and have similar interest. My big sister Jami has always been my sister, best friend, and second mama over all these years. I can’t imagine growing up without having my sister in my life. I have learned so much from her and Im still learning. I wouldn't have any other Matron of Honor.

Michael

Best Man

Our parents were brothers and sisters long before we were born and for as long as i remember they were my godparents. That of course made Mike my godbrother, which was quite fitting since Mike has been the big brother that God knew I needed and always wanted. From playing with plastic horses with little to no responsibility, to encouraging each other through life's opposition, exposing me to new environments and opportunities and now rearing our new families. It's only right that he stands as 1/2 of my best men.

Shreka

Maid of Honor

Good friends are like stars. You don't always see them, but you know they're always there. Shreka has been a very close friend of mine since we met at the Museum of Discovery in 5th grade. I know her to be very honest, very nurturing, and very supportive. From playing together as preteens to pledging Delta Sigma Theta together as young women, we've always been sisters; there for each other whenever needed. Through the years and many more to come, I have and will forever be honored to be her sister; just as I know she feels honored to be my Maid of Honor.

Brandon

Best Man

Whelp i remember leg tackling him in 2nd or 3rd grade and chipped my two front teeth in the process, and since then, Brandon has been the little brother I needed to keep me on my toes. We have pushed and challenged each other in pretty much everything. It's truly been an iron sharpens iron mentality from day one. We've shared the poorest moments of our lives in laughter and cried about some of the happiest. That in it’s self describes why he has to be a witness to this incredible day.

Alisha

Bridesmaid

Alisha, no keys! My girl Alisha and I are the only two in the bridal party that will be Murry's because our men are first cousins. I remember the first day I met Alisha, I was shocked at how nice and open she was, as I was expecting her to be a little more reserved. I felt so welcomed and we hit it off immediately. Two of our favorite things to do is smile and ask our men "Can we stay longer?" They always say NO! Although that NO was final, that's why she will be standing with me, because the YES to marry my fiancé was final as well.

Terrell

Groomsman

Terrell and I are first cousins, however, we turned into brothers in such a seamless way that I can never remember when the shift even happened! All I can remember is going from playing over Uncle Ernie's house with the Savage boys, to being adults and checking in daily to pick each other's brain, only to figure out that we are almost the same person. Yep, I can see us now, 78 years old and sitting at McDonalds talking mess! God changed the status from cousin to brother, so it's only right that he witnesses as God changes my status from man to husband.

JheMiyah

Bridesmaid

I met my girl JheMiyah aka "Jhe" bka "Mrs. Edwards" the same day I met Alisha. Although she was super nice, I could tell she had to feel me out and understand me a bit more. By the end of the night, we had all become family, yelling, laughing, crying, uplifting; Thats what families do right? Regardless to if it's her consoling me or me trying to offer sound advice, we pour into each other with so much trust and confidence. Love ya Girl!

Kenny

Groomsman

Kenny and I have always been buds, but it wasn't until college that we became real brothers. He's one that i will say is a true ride or die, (Where that theory has actually been tested LOL) We've been dangerous, we've been responsible, we've been sarcastic, and we've been serious. Nevertheless, he's always been the brother to push me over the edge and be right there with me to see what was on the side. Now he has to be there to see me on the other side of the broom and nope, I won't be needing a push!

Dominecia

Bridesmaid

Dominecia has always been a sweetie pie to me. I remember us going to school together from elementary to high school. Although we weren't close as young children, I always noticed how sweet and mild mannered she was and I liked that about her. As we became older, we would always see each other in passing, offer a smile and speak. It wasn't until our husbands (Yes, I am speaking it into existence lol) were hanging out one day and I got to see just how sweet and down to earth Dominecia is. We've built a great bond and it just keeps getting stronger. Sisters for life!

Greg

Groomsman

Met Greg in college and it's been all love ever since! A big brother that has taught me how to maneuver with your resources and be grateful for it all. We've wired trailers, cleared brush, gone muddin, and sat on the back of the trucks with a cold one just dropping knowledge. Honestly, I have learned a lot about manhood from just watching this guy ALWAYS put his family first, be the man of the house, and be a father figure for many young men nationwide. Now he's a caring husband and girl-dad! It's an honor to have him standing with me on this special day.

Jordan

Bridesmaid

Jordan is one of my sisters I met in college. From volunteering at The Boys and Girls club to the campus parties, girl's trips, and life achievements, we have always supported each other. We immediately connected and from that day forward we were hanging out daily. We ensure we have a grand time with great laughter everywhere we go. One thing for certain, we keep God first and live by that. Some of our best hobbies together are Kicking it, dressing fly, rapping (Big Bars lol), taking trips, and oh yea having a GREAT time LOL. There is no way I could say I do without you.

Evan

Groomsman

Evan is also my first cousin but over the past decade, I have gained yet another brother! Much like his brother Terrell, I can't remember when the switch was made but from the day we reconnected in undergrad, it's been an amazing journey. We have always looked out for one another and lets just face it; the man is a plum fool! From the ignorant laughs to the long serious talks, he's always been the brother that's going to brighten up the day. I've always admired his charisma, quick wit, and networking skills, there isn't a deal that he can't get done. That's why he has to stand with me as I make the best deal of my life.

Kamaria

Bridesmaid

Kamaria is one of my sisters I met in college. Kam, Jordan, a few others and I were very close friends at UAPB and boy did we have a TIMEEEEE last Decade! From completing volunteer hours, studying, supporting events, modeling for Twisted Kreations, girls trips, and now motherhood, we have remained very close friends and I am so happy our paths crossed. Kam and I have so many memories and 90% of them are probably hilarious stories. This bridal party link up will be another one FOR THE BOOKS!!

Demetrius

Groomsman

I met Meech at Seabrook community center. He was this quiet kid that was about business in whatever sport, even during recess. We grew older and I figured out that the quiet kid had a huge heart and personality. We come from families that were cut from the same cloth, so it wasn't long that we were brothers eating at each other family's dinner table taking on life together as men and sharpening each other's skillsets athletically, mentally, or emotionally. He's always been the levelheaded one to help me keep grinding, when adversity arose. That's why he will be standing levelheaded at the alter with me.

Ariel

Bridesmaid

Ariel, my Sister In Law to be. One of the first things I noticed about Ariel was how laid back and genuine she was. I really felt welcomed and it was a very nice feeling, especially when you are entering a new family. From then, we started hanging out and communicating more and next thing you know I had another sister. From venting to laughing, I know I can call sis to be a listening ear and offer sound advise in the sweetest most blunt way. Just how I like it!

Clevonte'

Groomsman

Clevonte' and I met in fourth grade! We were two of the goofiest little guys you ever wanted to see. That is until that got us in trouble together in class and our parents were called to the school, where we later received, proper discipline! Like any other child back then, we wanted to visit each other outside of school and that's where our parents found out that we were cousins. Talking about overjoyed! Since then Tae, and I's brotherhood hasn't always been perfect, but it's been true! We've been there to be a beacon of light to one another in darkness and one is strong when the other is weak! Thats why he has no choice but to stand with me now!

Zavian

Groomsman

Zay and I met through our fathers. They were brothers and roommates in the police academy and that continued outside of there by introducing us, which was the best decision that they could have made for us. Hands Down, he is one of the most country and chilled human beings i know. He's been this interesting man since we were kids. Literally a man in a kid's body. He's has always been an old soul, that loves the outdoors and mudding just as much as I do, which really iniated our bond. Now we're older and life's trials and tribulations have only made us stong individually and collectively, just like God intended.

Courtney Burton

Groomsman

OLE BIG BROTHER!! Of course, i met Courtney when i met Kendyl and this guy has been the same cool, calm and collected big brother since day one. There has never been a time where he disrespected Kendyl and I's relationship. Neither has he tried to play the big bad wolf role and scare me away from baby sis, when I likely would have tried that if I had a baby sis! LOL! All in all, the man has always been clutch with any and everything that we ever asked or needed him to do! Thats why i call him BIG BROTHER! He's not only loved into that title, but he has earned it! So it is A MUST, that he continues to be CLUTCH and stand with me during this amazing time.

Sabria Culclager

Jr. Bridesmaid

Whew! Where do I start? Sabria is our eldest niece and I hold her dear to my heart. I have so many memories with her from picking her up for outings and girl days when I was in college, to her elementary graduations, birthday parties, to good days, bad days, and so much more. Sabria has to stand beside me at our wedding because she is the little sister that I have always wanted!

Joseph

Bridesman

Ayyyee!!! My guy Joseph is like that favorite cousin you grow up with. I met joseph in high school, but our friendship didn't grow into what it is now until after college. Joseph and I have mutual friends so we hit it off one summer and the rest was history. From motivational conversations to passing out getting tattoos, we always have each others back and sincerely want the best for one another personally and professionally. I knew Joseph would by my bridesman that summer we hit it off!

SaMira Walton

Flower Girl

Our middle niece, SaMira is tough and precious all in the same breath. If she's not making TikTok videos or being super artistic with creating sculptures and machines, she's playing with her sisters. SaMira's personality reminds me of myself when I was younger. It's a blessing to have you as one of our flower girls.

Sawyer Walton

Flower Girl

Our youngest niece, Sawyer is a big sleepy head lol. She may have inherited that from me, sad to say. Oh but when she's awake, you won't see this little girl without a smile. Sawyer is so full of life and happy all the time. We have a blast every time we hang out. The wedding day will be another one of our epic memories together.

Joy Murry

Flower Girl

Joy is our second to eldest niece and also a sweet little girl. Don't let the soft tone fool you, this beauty is full of energy and loves to laugh and smile. We have to celebrate this day with our precious niece as we make lasting memories for all of our nieces to look back on.

Bryce Bennett

Ring Bearer

It's ironic, he's my little sunshine and also my little shadow. From sunup to sundown, he never ceases to amaze me with his intelligence, athletic ability, critical thinking or loving and helpful nature. He is such an amazing challenge that I willingly, and openly accept daily, to create an upstanding young man of this society. Little does he know, he challenges me to be a better human, provider, father, future husband, and MAN! I love this little human. He's not so little anymore so it's time for some responsibilities! How about being responsible for the ring for starters!
