A great place to stretch your legs after being crammed in a car or on a plane. There are a bunch of different shops to grab a sweet treat, a bite to eat or a souvenir! We have been a few times and it never gets old!

Historic Downtown Dahlonega

We have been twice and it does not disappoint! Just be prepared for a workout if you want to walk to the top of the falls. You can drive if you just want to see the view, but where is the fun in that!

Here are some things to do in Helen, GA. If the weather is nice enough you could check out tubing or kayaking. If it is cooler and you are wanting to do something indoors there are a number of wineries and vineyards to go and explore!
