Yes! We will be providing shuttle services from Boulder, CO to Planet Bluegrass & back. Shuttles will pick up at the below locations @ 2:45pm (Shuttles will remain on site to load guests until 2:55pm) 1. The Hyatt - 2280 Junction Pl, Boulder, CO 80301 2. Courtyard -4710 Pearl E Cir, Boulder, CO 80301 3. Hotel Boulderado - 2115 13th St, Boulder, CO 80302 Note: We have (3) Total Shuttle buses. Each will be designated for transportation to and from one of the listed hotels above throughout the Wedding. If an additional shuttle needs to be sent to another location on the itinerary, the drivers will coordinate that with one another. Early Departure - 8:00pm Shuttles will be picking up any Guests at the Venue who would like to depart early back to the hotels. Final Departure - 10:00pm Shuttles will be picking up all remaining Guests at the Venue back to the hotels/afterparty.
Parking is included; but Planet Bluegrass expects all cars to be off the venue property by 11 p.m. Please keep in mind that the road to the venue is dark at night and in the foothills of the mountains. We encourage to use the shuttles to get to and from the venue as opposed to driving.
We love your kids, but we want our wedding to be your night off, so for that reason this will be no kid event! We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us. Kids are more then welcome to the Thursday evening Welcome Drinks and Saturday Brunch!
Colorado summers can be unpredictable! We suggest bringing a light jacket for the evening. Ladies, keep in mind the ceremony and cocktail area does have grass and the ground may be soft. Bring flat shoes if needed. Ceremony and cocktail hour will be taking place outdoors, and the reception will be held in the Pavilion on site.
