WHAT IF THE HOTEL SAYS THE ROOM BLOCK IS FULL?

Answer

We are able to reserve the rooms on a demand basis. Most likely we just need to tell our hotel coordinator to open up more rooms. Please let us know if this occurs before you book elsewhere!

IF I RSVPED NO TO THE FRIDAY WELCOME EVENT, BUT CHANGED MY MIND- CAN I STILL COME?

Answer

Yes! We would love to see you Friday night as well. We asked for RSVPs to get a general understanding of number of appetizers to order but the space rented has plenty of room to accommodate all who would like to come.

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Answer

Although we love your children—we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding and intend to keep the event adults only. We hope that you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us! (If you have an infant please get in touch with us personally as we'd love to accommodate you).

IS THERE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE CEREMONY?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will all take place at the Intercontinental Hotel and therefore no transportation is needed once at the hotel. We recommend ubering or driving to the hotel.

IS THERE PARKING?

Answer

Yes- there is a mix of hotel valet or self parking in various lots near the hotel. WABASHA RAMP (hotel parking lot): Overnight: $32.00 standard vehicle, Daily Valet $20.00 standard vehicle *You may leave and enter throughout your stay SELF-PARKING RAMPS: Victory Ramp (enter on Wabasha street) Capitol City Plaza Ramp (enter on Kellogg Blvd or 4th St) Overnight: $18.00-$20.00 (dependent on which ramp), Daily Fees: $12.00-$16.00 (dependent on which ramp)

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

We kindly request formal / black tie optional. Think suits & tie, formal dresses and jumpsuits. Let’s dress to the nines!

WILL THERE BE A COAT CHECK?

Answer

Yes there will be two coat checks available the entire evening free of charge
