We will be hanging out at Scholz on Thursday afternoon to kick off the wedding weekend. If you are in town, come by! This event is a casual, come-and-go happy hour open to all wedding guests, plus ones, children and whoever wants to tag along. Fun fact: Lauren's paternal Grandma and Grandpa met here on a blind date when they were in school at UT.
5:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Formal attire requested. Please note: our wedding will be entirely outside. We recommend bringing a coat in case it is chilly and wearing shoes that are suitable for walking on grass. Due to the downtown location, there is very limited parking at the French Legation. We highly recommend our guests take an Uber or cab to the venue.
10:00 pm - 11:45 pm
All guests are invited to come finish the night with us at our favorite wine bar! We will have 3 shuttle vans taking guests from the French Legation to LoLo. They will be running from 10-10:30 and will not be making a return trip to the venue.
