In the middle of a particularly harsh New York City winter in 2018, we met in a classic millennial way - by swiping right. After days of chatting we had planned our first date, but New York surprised us with an impromptu snowstorm. We decided to keep our plans despite the snow and both braved the conditions (and we're glad we did!) to meet at a well-known speakeasy off of Wall Street in Manhattan. The rest is history.

After 5 years of dating Jim proposed in the city that has become our home - Chicago. Surrounded by close friends and family at a charming New Years Eve dinner, Kelly said yes - a Happy New Year indeed!
