Tell me about the wedding food!

Answer

The cocktail hour will include open bar & passed appetizers (veggie sushi rolls, crab cakes, goat cheese wontons, spicy ahi tacos and bacon wrapped scallops) The reception beverage menu will include non alcoholic beverages, beer & wine. The reception dinner menu will start with a burrata salad, your entree selection, and end with chocolate lava cakes for dessert. To keep everyone hydrated and sugar levels high during dancing, we'll have a Shave Ice and Malasadas station that are a must try! All noted dietary restrictions have been shared with the venue.

What is the COVID policy?

Answer

We are requiring a negative test within 24 hours of the first wedding event you attend (ex. snorkeling). Please text your results to Jake or Zola.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love the wee ones but we need to control numbers and we want to avoid absolute chaos, so we are keeping the core events adult-only. The only excepts are the flower girl and ring bearers. They’re working for their admission to the ceremony :). The only event where kids are allowed is the pizza party before Jeopardy starts (see schedule for details).

Question

How do I get to/from the wedding venue?

Answer

The wedding shuttle will arrive to The Westin Maui lobby at 3:30 PM to get eveyone to the venue on time (please note there is only one shuttle). Starting at 9:00PM the shuttle will be on a route back to the Westin from The Montage. If you'd like to drive, you can valet at The Montage.
