Snorkeling Trip!

Lunch, snorkels and fins will be provided so you just need a bathing suit, cover up, hat, sunglasses and plenty of sunscreen!
To kick off the festivities we'll be chartering a catamaran boat to go snorkeling! This will be an adults only trip. Lunch and the cost for the trip are on us! The catamaran has limited capacity, so RSVPs will be on a first come first served basis. We will let you know if you've RSVP'd after we've reached capacity. To board the boat, meet at 11:30am at the Sea Maui kiosk between Leilani's and Hula Grill at Whalers Village.
Pizza Party
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

To get to the pizza party, walk from the Westin Lobby to the Hokupaa Tower. When you get to Starbucks take a right to the elevators. Take the elevator up to the Mezzanine level. We're expecting a breezy warm Hawaiian night so dress in whatever you're most comfortable in (it's casual!).
This meal is an ode to Jake's family who love to make and decorate pizzas on holidays and special occasions. Join us for pizza, salad & open bar outside and then we'll move inside for JZ Jeopardy! If you want to bring your kiddo - reach out to Jake & Zola!
JZ Jeopardy

After the pizza party we'll move inside for desserts, speeches and JZ Jeopardy! For Jeopardy, we'll split the group into two teams, and they'll go head-to-head in who knows the bride and groom best! This event will be adults only.

Wedding Ceremony

Cocktail attire. For men, this means nice slacks, a nice shirt (Aloha or regular), and optionally a blazer & tie. For women, this means a cocktail dress (think floral dresses, dresses of color, silk dresses, etc) and chunky heels/flats (the wedding will be on a lawn). Note that the entire wedding will be outside on a lawn! The ceremony will be looking out to the ocean, and the reception will in nearby tent. If you're at the Westin, the shuttle will pick guests up promptly at 3:30PM from the lobby!

Cocktail hour (full bar) will immediately follow the ceremony. The reception will feature dinner (beer + wine only), speeches, and dancing for dayyys!

Goodbyes & Chill

We'll be grabbing a bunch of chairs at the pool for people to drop in and say hello / goodbye. There is a Starbucks at the hotel or food can be ordered pool side! For those not staying at the Westin, we'd love to see you to say goodbye but please note swimming in the pool requires a wristband / day pass (purchase at the front desk, pending availability).
