Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us! The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Think cocktail dresses or a suit and tie or a sports coat. All wedding events will take place indoors with plenty of air conditioning.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is parking for the ceremony behind the church. There is parking for the reception in front of the Golden Fox building towards the back of the golf course. Please follow the signs for Golden Fox and you will find the parking lot.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

When booking through the hotel block at DoubleTree by Hilton Ann Arbor North (more information on the travel page), there will be a shuttle included. This shuttle will take guests from the hotel to Fox Hills and from Fox Hills to the hotel at the end of the night. No additional hotels will provide a shuttle, but we encourage guests to carpool and utilize ride share options such as Uber or Lyft if you plan on drinking.

Can I bring my children?

While we absolutely adore your children and wish that we could have all of your sweet kiddos at our wedding, due to venue capacity limits, we ask that our wedding festivities be limited to those listed on your invitation.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the wedding party and immediate family will be taking pictures at the church and nearby for around an hour. Guests can head to the reception hall, where we will be serving finger foods and beverages during a cocktail hour beginning at 5pm.

Do we change locations for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony will be held at St. Kenneth Catholic Church. The cocktail hour and reception will be held at Fox Hills Golf and Banquet Center in the Golden Fox. These locations are 15 minutes apart from one another. Upon arrival to Fox Hills, please follow signs for the Golden Fox where you will find parking and the reception space.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 2:00 pm. Please arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to the time of the ceremony!
