Question

What is the deadline to book rooms?

Answer

September 15, 2022 is the deadline to book rooms.

Question

How do destination weddings work?

Answer

Thank you for joining us in what we hope is the party of the year. For those of you who have never been to a destination wedding - here is how it works: The entire wedding, and all events, will be at our resort. All guests will be staying at our resort for the four days of the wedding. Basically you will fly in, get taken to the resort and stay there for the course of the wedding. If you do not stay at the resort - you WILL NOT be able to attend the events! We encourage everyone to have fun with this! Come early and see the sights or stay late and sleep off the hangover. We have put some time in each day for everyone to explore the resort and Cabo.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Almost all events will be outdoors, except for the reception which will be in a ballroom.

Question

Is COVID testing offered at the resort?

Answer

Yes, it is. Please see below for more information related to COVID-19. https://www.hardrockhotels.com/los-cabos/covid-testing.aspx

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The events will be mostly in Indian attire - but check the schedule for more detailed dress code by event. If you have any questions please feel free to ask the bride and groom. For those that don't have easy access to Indian outfits, here are a few websites to help: https://www.utsavfashion.com/ https://www.houseofindya.com/ https://www.lashkaraa.com/ https://www.cbazaar.com/ https://www.kalkifashion.com/ https://www.azafashions.com/

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Weather in Los Cabos is nice in November. Expect weather in the 80s and 70s during the day, with temperatures dipping to the 60s at night. Rain is highly unlikely so do not feel the need to plan for it. We recommend bring a light sweater, jackets or shawls.

Question

What should I pack?

Answer

Wedding Gear: All the outfits for the events (see schedule & dress code for more details) Swim/Beach Gear: swimsuit(s), flip flops, sunscreen, sunglasses, hats, beach shoes for the rocky ocean Health Gear: Any medication you need for the time you'll be here. Resort Gear: Close to relax in and a few outfits for nice lunches and dinners. Closed toed shoes, dresses, nice sandals, collared shirts, and a light jacket for evenings and nights.
