So what's the deal?
Answer
With love and gratitude, we've secured the villa exclusively for our family and friends for the week of August 20th. Please make it your home for the week - hang with us, with each other, or by yourself. Get yourself here and the lodging is on us.
Question
WHO WILL BE ATTENDING?
Answer
Close friends and family - about 50 guests. We hope that it's relaxed enough for everyone to get to know each other. You'll already know some, you'll meet others.

What's there to do?
Answer
Treat the property as your own. Explore the vineyards, go on a hike, swim in the pools, play tennis on the courts. The local town Montevarchi has restaurants and bars where we expect to go out, and other towns are a short drive away. And Marco, our villa manager is happy to line up any specific activities that you have in mind.

Where will I be sleeping?
Answer
There are 28 bedrooms across the Main Villa and farm houses. We'll be handling room arrangements based on when folks plan to come and go, but if you have a specific request, get in touch and we'll do what we can.

What do I eat?
Answer
We have a few group activities planned where food and drink will be provided. We'll also try to have the fridges in the main villa stocked with the bare necessities ie coffee, bread, yogurt, and booze. There are markets and grocery stores in the vicinity - treat the space as yours and stock up and cook as you please.

Air conditioning?
Answer
Nope but that's part of the charm. The property dates back to the 1700's and retains its original character and the natural insulation keeps the houses cool in the evenings. We've reached out to past guests of the villa and everyone said they were comfortable during their stay, even in the summer months.
