Where is your room going to be on the ship?

Will there be a reception?

Answer

We are having the wedding ceremony mid-day, with snacks and drinks. There will not be a formal dinner or reception, but if you booked as part of our cruise group - we will enjoy dinner together on the boat at 6pm. Following dinner we will be celebrating on the deck of the ship! Our venue is in the works and more details are to come.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

When you book a room on the ship through our group, we will receive notification and that will count as an RSVP. The deadline to be a part of the group is June 9th, 6/9/24 and costs $25/person. Check the Cruise & Wedding Info tab for more information. If you are late to sign up and are unable to book as part of the group, please reach out and we will mark you as attending.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi formal beach wear is appropriate! We should all look good, but still be comfortable. It will be hot and maybe even sandy. Sandals are OK!

How will we get from the cruise port to the wedding venue?

Answer

A local taxi can get you there in 5 minutes.

What am I NOT allowed to bring on the ship?

Answer

Any type of cannabis product including CBD is not permitted. Hard liquor is also not allowed. Make sure and check the carnival help page for more on this info and other topics. https://www.carnival.com/help

How much is the drink package?

Answer

A drink package includes a max of 15 alcoholic beverages/day and an unlimited amount of "premium beverages" like soda. Included in the price of your cruise, served in the main dining room and available 24/7 in the Lido Restaurant: non-bottled water, lemonade, unsweetened iced tea, hot chocolate and non-specialty coffee and tea. If purchased before the cruise: $59.95 USD, per person, per day plus 18% service charge If purchased on the cruise: $64.95 USD, per person, per day plus 18% service charge

Can I bring any alcohol on the boat?

Answer

Carnival allows one 750 ml bottle of wine or champagne in your carry-on luggage on embarkation day. Cheers!

The vintage photos at the top of the pages on our wedding website are images taken by Jacqueline's late grandparents, George and Connie Weddell, during their travels.
