When do I need to RSVP by?

September 12 - just pop up to the RSVP tab to let us know if you're able to make it!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 2:45 p.m. - 15 minutes prior to ceremony start time.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress to impress! Let’s see your snazzy cocktail attire. Ladies can wear cocktail dresses, LBDs (little black dresses), or dressy jumpsuits. Gentlemen can wear suits or sport coats with dress pants.

Are any events outside?

Answer

Yes! Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outside. Cocktail hour and reception will be inside.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to budget and space limitations, we simply can’t afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Please refer to your specific invitation/RSVP fields for the number of guests invited. Thank you so much for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, we really do. However, due to many factors including limited space, we respectfully request no guests under 21 years old. We hope you take this opportunity to enjoy a date night and appreciate you making arrangements in advance!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Vibrant Arena has its own parking lot, as do all three hotels included on the travel page. With the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception at the same venue, you won't have to worry about moving your vehicle! Since the hotels are so close to Vibrant, we recommend parking at your hotel and walking to the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Both hotels we have room blocks at (as well as the third close hotel option) are very short walking distance from the venue. No need to worry about transportation between lodging and the event space!

We ask that you respect our wishes to have an unplugged ceremony. However - we hope you'll share any photos from the rest of the day with us!
