Question

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

There will be a shuttle available to and from the ceremony and reception events ONLY if you are staying at either of the hotels on our website. Shuttle times are as follows: Departure from hotels to the ceremony: Doubletree - departing at 2:00 PM Holiday Inn - departing at 2:10 PM The shuttle will be taking guests back to the hotels before leaving for the reception. Departure from hotels to the reception: Doubletree & Holiday Inn - two shuttle runs departing around 4:00 PM and 4:30 PM. Departure from reception back to hotels: Three shuttle runs leaving The Wurlitzer around 10:00 PM, 10:35 PM, and 11:30 PM The shuttle bus company is Over The Falls if you are looking for the bus!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please refer to your invitation for how many people are in your party. If your invitation listed a guest, you are able to provide their name when RSVP’ing.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire. We suggest that men wear a suit or dress shirt with tie and women wear a midi- or knee-length dress or dressy separates.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors. There is an outdoor patio attached to the Wurlitzer ballroom that you can enjoy at any time during the reception.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have blocked off rooms at two downtown Niagara Falls hotels. You must book by a certain date to receive the discounted rate - please visit the Hotel page for all of this information!

Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes - there is an elevator available at the church, and the Wurlitzer ballroom is right on the ground level of the building.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

With the ceremony being at the church - there is plenty of street parking in the area. For the reception, there is also plenty of parking available at the Wurlitzer, feel free to leave your cars overnight if you don't feel comfortable driving after the reception!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 2:30 PM, we recommend to arrive at least 15 minutes prior so everyone can get settled before we start!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We have a team of amazing photographers and videographers to make our whole day special - we would prefer an unplugged ceremony! Feel free to take as many as you'd like the rest of the day - we'll have QR codes available for you to submit all of your fabulous photos and videos to.

What time should I arrive at the reception?

Answer

Cocktail hour will be at the Wurlitzer from 5:00pm - 6:00pm, so feel free to arrive and get settled during that time.

How will food and drinks be served?

Answer

Food will be served buffet style at three different stations - all different style cuisines! Drinks will be served open-bar style with various different types of liquors, beers, wine, and of course a signature drink. Plenty of non-alcoholic refreshments are available as well.
