When should I RSVP by?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by May 12, 2023. Please bring a chair and a sandwich.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code is dressy casual to semi-formal. Please remember August is hot during the day and can be cool in the evenings, layers are recommended.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

The bar is open and the bartenders will be accepting tips. Please note we are at elevation and the night will be heavily photographed. Drink responsibly.

What is the easiest way to get to the venue?

Answer

Transportation will be provided from the Denver Marriott West parking lot to the Boettcher Mansion. The ceremony and reception will be held at the Boettcher Mansion. Transportation will be offered back to the Denver Marriott West parking lot at intervals throughout the night. If you choose to drive to the Boettcher Mansion, please consider carpooling and having a designated driver.

Is there Parking at the venue?

Answer

There is parking at the Boettcher Mansion. Please consider carpooling if you do drive. The gates to the parking lot close in the evening and will only open for those exiting. If you would like an Uber or taxi at the end of the night, please inform the driver you will be meeting outside the gates.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception will be a combination of indoors and outdoors.

What time should we arrive and what time does the reception end?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:45pm to allow time to park and find a seat for the ceremony. The reception will be ending at 11:00pm.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We are thrilled to be sharing one of the most precious moments of our lives with you. We ask that you be fully present during the ceremony and kindly leave your cell phones and cameras put away.
