Jaclyn's tailor agreed to open briefly so she could go pick her dress up
We drove down to Anaheim to get our marriage license in the Honda Center parking lot. This was the only location that we could find that was open!
Morgan had a raging bachelor party
Jaclyn had a raging bachelorette
We got ready for our big day with the help of a few family members
Jaclyn's parents stayed on Facetime for approximately 48 hours

Morgan cried like a baby
We were pronounced husband and wife!
A few days after the wedding, the movers arrived
We sold, donated, and packed up all of our belongings
Said goodbye to Ocean Beach
Handed our keys over and headed to the airport
Arrived in Maui for our first happy hour at our quarantine AirBnB (the host left groceries for us as we weren't allowed to leave)
Stayed in this cute place for a month and half while we quarantined and then searched for a more permanent home
After 2 weeks indoors, we went to the beach for the first time and were greeted by all of these turtles!
Our beloved little Mazda arrived just as we got out of quarantine!
We finally got to get out and explore!
Started looking for own own place and stumbled upon this cute little house for rent!
One of the first things we did was check the Haleakala sunrise off our bucket list (it's 10,000ft. and FREEZING!)
It did not disappoint
After nearly 2 months in our AirBnB, it was finally time to move into our own place! We bought a mattress and rolled in our suitcases.
We celebrated Morgan's August birthday on the historic Road to Hana! It felt like a once-in-a-lifetime experience to be there without ANY tourists!
It was a great day and we got this great pic of a waterfall dumping on Jac's head
We bought a couch and our home started to look a little less empty
And then the movers finally showed up with the rest of our stuff
Jac maintained her self-care rituals
Morgan practiced his fishing
Morgan put our machete to use and we started drinking rum out of coconuts
We started witnessing some epic sunsets from our front yard
Baked lots of quarantine bread like the rest of the world
In the fall, Jaclyn got homesick for New England so Morgan found a pumpkin patch
We got some good hikes and waterfall swims in!
We fell in love with the cute little beach town we've been living in
Jaclyn got really into paint-by-number and set up a craft table in the living room
Morgan surprised Jaclyn with a helicopter tour for her birthday and it was awesome
Jac finished her paint-by-number in time for Christmas
Enjoyed a quiet little Christmas with just the two of us
Went to the beach Christmas day and drank giant beers
We rang in the new year like this
