FAQs

If you have any other questions about our big day that we did not cover here, please reach out to us at (703) 678-6512.
Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

As much as we love your kiddos, the only child permitted is the one who is in our wedding party. We want this to be a fun, stress-free evening for everyone attending. Please only RSVP for those expressly written on your invitation envelope.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your invitation contains the number of seats we have reserved for your household. We put a lot of thought into crafting the perfect list of invitees for our special day, and hope you can respect our wishes.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

While we cannot make personalized accommodations for each of our guests, we will be providing a few gluten-free and vegetarian options as part of our menu.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Out of respect for the bride, PLEASE do not wear white to our wedding. Aside from this, please wear semi-formal attire that you are comfortable in!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We are registered through Zola, right here on our wedding website. Since we've lived together for a few years, we would prefer donations to our honeymoon fund; however, we have listed a handful of housewares we are looking to upgrade as newlyweds.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Thankfully, there is plenty of free parking around the community where our venue is and next-door in a large parking garage.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a room block at the Marriott in Short Pump. These rooms have been given to us at a discounted rate, and you would be staying near other wedding guests. Scroll over to our travel section for more information.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony is set to begin at 4:00PM sharp at Bartizan. With this in mind, we would advise showing up at least 20 minutes before to ensure that you are able to find parking and get settled.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by February 1, 2024.
